Hatha Flow Yoga

A beginner friendly hatha flow class to strengthen, stretch, tone and relax. Classes will include breath work, core and strengthening postures, flowing sequences and stretches to help relieve tension in the body.

Cost: $75 for 6 sessions or $15 drop-in
