Strength 101 for Women:

Lift, Build, Empower
A 6-week weightlifting program designed to help women build strength, confidence, and muscle in a supportive and beginner-friendly environment.  Whether you're brand new to lifting or looking to refine your technique your technique, this course will teach you the fundamentals of weight training in a safe and empowering space.
Over the six weeks, you’ll learn how to lift weights safely and effectively, using a combination of bodyweight movements and free weights. The program focuses on full-body strength, with exercises targeting your legs, glutes, core, and arms to help you build a solid foundation. Each session will guide you through proper form, technique, and progressive overload to ensure you feel strong and capable inside and outside the gym.

Join us and discover how lifting can help you move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in your body. Let’s lift, build, and empower together!
