Learn to make dumplings with Sooke Dumplings!  Learn about the nuances of making and rolling the dough, get the filling recipes, and how to wrap the dumplings.  Explore the best ways to cook them and how to prepare the special sauces. 

This is a hands - on interactive course. 

* Please note that dumplings will contain meat and gluten.
